Rachel helped me find a suit for my wedding. She was very kind and knowledgeable while providing me with a few hand selected options to try on. The store was also baby friendly and had no issues with us bringing our daughter in and changing her diaper in the change room. Thank you for your help Rachel!

I was convinced to come along to help my partner find a suit, and thought I would be bored going to a men’s suit store. It turned out to be very fun trying to find the perfect suit for him! Shaun was excellent in assisting us to find the perfect suit. We were both really impressed by his customer service; professional, attentive, and offering great but honest suggestions. His understanding for finding the correct sizing, harmonious colours, and shoe fit made it easy to put together a well fitting and smart looking suit. We both agreed it was great to feel so comfortable with a salesperson, his exceptional customer service skills are a rarity nowadays. Shaun needs a raise 🙂👍

As I manager in the retail industry. Shawn gave me a 10/10 service. I spent 8x what I went in for but couldn't be happier. He helped me shop and before I knew it had a full suit that fitted perfectly.I created a mess and was so fussy with each item so please Invest in that guy cause patience and genuine positive customer service is hard to come by. Promote that guy, give him access to more training and you'll have a guy climbing a ladder pretty quick

I had a very great experience from Moores Clothing located at Uptown. Team lead Shaun helped me to find the right suit and was very patient all through my selection process. And all othe staff has been very supportive as well.

If you need anything suit related this is the place and definitely ask for owen. Above and beyond would very much be a understatement. Very knowledgeable, bent over backwards to get me in very last minute for pants alterations and gave some very helpful tips/advice on my outfit. probably the best customer service experience iv had in my life.

Our Overall experience was pretty terrible. It had a couple moments where it was looking decent, but it quickly turned grim. The staff act like their time is more important than yours, and their attention to detail is non existent. I understand that mistakes happen, we all make them, but just days before my wedding is unacceptable as it ALL could have been avoided if they had Any attention to detail whatsoever. We rented four suits, two of which were wrong and then wrong again, but hey 50% off of a 100$ jacket rental should fix the problem right? I fully regret going here for any wedding related service and I wish we took our business elsewhere. we will not be returning to this location, nor will we recommend it to any friends or family or strangers for that matter.

If you are looking for a custom suit or someone to take care of your outfit for your wedding, I HIGHLY recommend the Moore’s at Uptown, specifically I need to shoutout Sara and Lawrence. I went in months before my wedding date allowing them ample time to help guide and fit me into my perfect look. They took care of everything from accessories to the cloth used to make my custom suit. They were patient and polite, reassuring and complimentary. If they did not have something I was looking for they would direct me to the proper outfitter in town. Please save yourself any hassle and come to this location when you are looking for wedding, graduation or special occasion custom clothing. You will not be disappointed. Sara, Lawrence and the rest of the Moore’s staff, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Do not come in last minute and expect a miracle.. do the responsible thing and leave enough time.
